1. Quotations
- All prices shown on our website are starting prices for a typical one bedroom apartment or single feature area, and are provided as a general guide only.
- A final, fixed price quotation is provided only after a free, no-obligation home visit, during which measurements and the exact scope of work are confirmed.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Prices may be adjusted if the agreed scope of work changes, or if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed at the home visit.
2. Free Design Preview
- For wallpaper, vinyl wrap, media walls and carpentry, and flooring, Argent may offer a free visual design preview based on a photo you send us.
- This preview is a visual guide intended to help you decide on a direction, and is not a guarantee of the exact final appearance, colour, or finish of the completed work.
- Providing a design preview does not commit either party to proceed with the work. A fixed price quotation is only issued following a home visit.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% of the agreed price is payable as a deposit to confirm and schedule the job.
- The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of completion, before the team leaves the property.
- We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or payment link, as agreed with you in advance.
- Any delay in payment may affect the scheduled delivery timeline.
4. Scheduling and Access
- Argent will confirm a scheduled date and time for the work once the deposit has been received.
- You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including any building management approvals, gate passes, or permits required by your community or building.
- If access cannot be arranged and this results in an aborted visit, this may affect the scheduling of your job and could result in a call-out charge.
5. Changes to Scope
- Any change to the agreed scope of work, materials, or specification after the quotation has been approved will be treated as a variation and may result in an adjusted price, confirmed with you in writing before proceeding.
6. Rectification
- If any element of completed work does not match the agreed specification, please notify us within 14 days of completion. Argent will rectify any such issue at no additional cost.
7. Liability
- Argent takes reasonable care to protect your property throughout the course of any work carried out.
- Argent is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions in your property that are unrelated to the work we have been engaged to carry out.
- Argent’s liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the value of the job in question.
- Argent is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays caused by the client, building management, or third party authorities.
8. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a confirmed job, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid toward materials or contractor costs already committed on your behalf may not be refundable, and this will be communicated to you clearly before any deposit is taken.
9. Marketing and Portfolio Use
- Argent may request to photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing, with your permission. No images will be used externally without your consent, and no personal or identifying details about you or your property will be shared without your agreement.
